According to insiders who managed to wheedle their way into the Adidas sports complex that José Pekerman had ordered sealed off, FC Porto's Luis González may be given a starting nod ahead of Inter's Esteban Cambiasso.
Pekerman tried Luis González in Cambiasso's spot in the only change the Argentina boss made to his starting eleven from the Ivory Coast match, Pekerman not best pleased by a weak performance from the ex-Madrid and River Plate midfielder against the Africans.
Starting eleven for the Serbia and Montenegro clash appears to be shaping into: Abbondanzieri; Burdisso, Ayala, Heinze, Sorín; Maxi, Mascherano, González; Riquelme; Saviola, Crespo.
