Milosevic: Argentina's main strength is their winning mentality (16 Jun 2006 06:34 GMT)
Serbia and Montenegro's captain Savo Milosevic does not hide respect for Argentina national team.
"I think it's an advantage to play against the best teams, like we are in Group C," he said "Although it is difficult, it is also a pleasure to play against such great teams. It's a great experience for everybody. We will try to win and respect our opponents, but really I must say we are not scared of any of them."
"They don't just have one threat or one player. They have many players in the team who can decide the game by themselves," he added asked about Argentina's most dangerous weapon. "But I have played with so many Argentinian players in my career and against so many of them, and I think their main strength is their winning mentality. They are also really intelligent on the pitch. These are the biggest weapons they have."
He will see some familiar faces on the pitch.
"I know some of them very well and have played against players like Coloccini, Ayala, Riquelme, Aimar and Saviola more times than I care to count," Milosevic said. "The problem is, they know me very well too. There will be no surprises for either side. I know exactly what I can expect from them and they know exactly what to expect from me, so we finish somewhere in the middle."
