Argentine goalkeeper Saja set to debut with Brazil's Gremio (28 Jan 2007 12:45 GMT)
Argentine goalkeeper Diego Sebastian Saja will make his debut with two-time Brazilian champion Gremio on Saturday.
The 27-year-old player was signed from Argentina's San Lorenzo on Jan. 18, but only this week he was properly registered with the Brazilian Soccer Confederation.
"I'm prepared," Saja told local media on Friday. "I practiced well all week and I'm just waiting to be called up by the coach."
Saja will replace Galatto, who was the team's starter before the Argentine was acquired, Gremio said on its Web site.
Saja previously played for Italy's Brescia, Spain's Rayo Vallecano and Mexico's America.
