Inter Milan have reassured Hernan Crespo they want to keep him, amidst claims Chelsea Football Club want him back for next season.
The Argentina striker is on a long-term loan deal with the Italian giants yet Jose Mourinho has stated he wants him back at Stamford Bridge in time for next season.
Crespo has made it clear that he would much prefer to stay in Serie A, and he is pleased to get reassurance from Inter owner Massimo Moratti that he is wanted at the San Siro.
"Moratti has told me that will do everything he can," Crespo told the Italian media. "I am optimistic because I have seen Inter executives very determined, and this makes me very happy."
