Saviola suffers injury in training (3 Jan 2006 08:01 GMT)
Sevilla's Argentine striker Javier Saviola will be sidelined for around a month after suffering a thigh injury during training.
It is the second injury setback of the season for the 23-year-old.
He joined Sevilla on loan from Barcelona in August but suffered a ligament strain in his left knee the following month.
"A scan has confirmed that Saviola has suffered a grade one muscle tear in his left thigh," the club said on their website. "It is estimated that he will be out of action for about four weeks."
