Call-ups for game against Australia (5 Sep 2007 11:21 GMT)
Argentina head coach Alfio Basile has decided to exclude Hernan Crespo, Daniel Diaz and Maximiliano Rodriguez from the squad that will play Australia later this month.
According to a media report released by the AFA, Getafe defender Diaz was left out due to personal reasons and Internazionale striker Crespo was excluded for not being in his best form following the injury he suffered during the Copa America. Finally, Rodriguez, who plays for Atletico Madrid, has picked up a groin injury.
Argentina play Australia in an international friendly at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on September 11.
